These terms govern your purchase and use of the Real Estate Exam Study Songs bundle sold by Rhyme2License. By completing a purchase you agree to them.
The study songs, study guides and quizzes are sold by Rhyme2License ("we", "us"). You can reach us at Rhyme2license@gmail.com for any question about these terms or your order.
By purchasing or continuing to use the material you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the material.
By no means is this product a replacement for the instructional teaching required by the Real Estate Commission. It is a supplemental study tool that may help you retain information in preparation for the state portion of the real estate exam. No passing score, score improvement or licensing outcome is promised or implied.
Your purchase grants one person a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the songs, study guides and quizzes for their own exam preparation.
You must not use the material unlawfully or fraudulently, copy, share, resell, upload or publicly distribute any file, remove or alter ownership notices, attempt to interfere with the security of the site, scrape it, or probe it for vulnerabilities.
All songs, recordings, lyrics, study guides, quizzes, branding and site content remain the intellectual property of Rhyme2License. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership to you.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Content is prepared with care and updated as rules change, but statutes and commission rules can change without notice. Always defer to your commission's current materials and your approved course.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax and order support terms are covered by Paddle's Buyer Terms.
Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
We may suspend or end your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious misuse of the material.
Website and landing page work through www.joneswebdesigns.store is a separate paid service, quoted separately, and is not included with this purchase. Always confirm with your broker-in-charge (BIC) before publishing personal marketing, as some firms require in-house company pages.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
