Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To make a request, visit paddle.net or email us at Rhyme2license@gmail.com with your order details. Requests are reviewed individually.
Please send any refund request within 30 days of your order date. Include the email address used at checkout so we can locate the order.
If any song, study guide or quiz fails to download or open, contact us and we will replace the file or restore your access at no cost.
Where a refund is approved, access to the bundle ends and continued use of the files is not permitted.
